Return Policy
Return Right and Timeframe
The customer has the right to return the ordered product within 14 days of receiving the product. The return right applies only to unused, saleable products that have not had their labels removed and are in their original packaging.
Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered. Faulty or incorrect products will be replaced or exchanged free of charge.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service at hello@liselpets.com and inform them of the return.
2. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging.
3. Include a copy of the order confirmation or receipt with the return.
4. Send the return to the address provided by our customer service.
Refund
We will refund the price of the returned product to the customer as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the product. The refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns that do not meet the return conditions.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transport.
